1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the do222 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of do222 based in Bangladesh and internationally. do222 reserves the right to enforce these terms uniformly across all accounts and all regions in which its services are accessed. These terms are governed by our platform policies and may be amended at any time with notice provided on the website.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with do222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on do222. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds and permanent account closure.

Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. do222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must:

Account Verification (KYC)

• Bonuses are credited to accounts meeting the specified eligibility criteria only. do222 reserves the right to withhold a bonus if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.
• do222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or fraud.

Promotional offers are not transferable, have no cash value unless specifically stated, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted in writing by do222. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through coordinated play, arbitrage, or systematic misuse will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on do222 — including sports markets such as cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games including slots, live casino, crash games, and card games — are subject to the specific rules for each product, as displayed within the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a general rule and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail.

Cancellation & Void Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled by the player. do222 may void a bet in cases of clear technical error, data feed failure, or circumstances determined by the platform to have materially affected the outcome of a market. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

Disputes & Errors

If you believe an error has occurred in the recording, calculation, or settlement of a bet, you must notify do222 support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event. do222 will investigate the matter in good faith and its decision shall be final and binding. Claims raised after the 72-hour window will not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held, with or without prior notice at do222's sole discretion:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of account management.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through chargebacks, reverse transactions, or manipulation of payment systems.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, price manipulation, or any form of cheating.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Using do222 for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction related to criminal proceeds.

do222 cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement or regulatory inquiry and will share account and transaction data as required by applicable law. Players found in breach of these prohibitions will not be entitled to recover any funds held at the time of closure.

While we take all reasonable technical measures to maintain uptime and data integrity, temporary service unavailability due to maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events does not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Amendments to These Terms

do222 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if applicable, request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account before closure.
